Help with Trauma

You've been in an accident… and find it difficult to get the images out of your head.

Someone else was in an accident… and you fantasise how bad/horrible/horrific it was.

Something terrible happened… you can’t sleep, you can’t eat, you can’t function properly.

There’s a reoccurring dream… you wake up in a cold sweat, with fear around you.

Other people have gotten over it… but it’s still with you like it happened yesterday.

Different people react differently to different situations, that will always be the same.  So whatever has happened there is no 1 way to react that is the right way.

If you have suffered trauma it is best to see someone sooner rather than later.  Flashbacks and feelings of fear or anxiety can increase or spread into other areas of your life, which can lead to further traumatisation.  This is horrible and miserable.

For a caring and confidential approach give me a call on 07966 453 387 or drop me an email and together we can discuss how best to achieve your outcome.

I help people to be the best they can be.
