Supervision for Trainee Psychotherapists

Ideally for people working towards qualification and accreditation.  I am a qualified and registered Supervisor, with line management and clinical experience.  A supervisor who will support you through your first client sessions, building your private practice and see you through the accreditation process.  As an experienced supervisor, registered with the UKCP supervision directory, I will fulfil the education, support and managerial roles you require as a trainee and helping you evolve into a competent and confident psychotherapist or counsellor.

  • To ensure effective, ethical and safe service to clients
  • To assist practitioners to develop skills, knowledge and professional values throughout clinical training; to become an accountable practitioner
  • To support focus and motivation (including the accreditation process)
  • To reflect on practice, improving and increasing understanding of professional issues
  • To build a successful practice
  • To provide annual supervisor's report
  • To maintain ethics and quality standards
  • To monitor performance
  • To educate skills, knowledge and understanding
  • To facilitate skills, knowledge and understanding
