Help with Self-Harm

Self-harm counselling provides a confidential, supportive service for you.  I understand that people who self-harm are trying to cope; sometimes you feel overwhelmed with emotion; sometimes you just want to let it all out but don't know how; sometimes you've done it for so long now, you don't know how to stop.  Usually self harm is a way of dealing with deep-rooted emotional issues and problems.

As a trained counsellor and psychotherapist, I am able to provide empathetic understanding so that your reasons are expressed and explored in a safe environment. We will then consider what you would like to happen.
