Working through depression worksheet

Working through depression takes a lot of effort.  Here is a worksheet that I've developed to help.  There are five activities to support you as you work through depression.

Speak Softly, My Sweet, Speak Softly

Speak freely, my friend, speak freely
Release the clench
And let it go
Open your heart
It is time for your energy to flow...

Dance in the Dark

Dance in the dark, be at ease with not knowing
Intuiting the moves, feel the way of the soul
Listening within, heart chanting, heart beating
Dance in the dark, light emerging...

NLPt v NLP

Neurolinguistic psychotherapy and neuro linguistic programming, what's the difference.  Both models are empowering..

#Mindfulmoments

  • Grow at your own pace
  • If you think that you're arguing with a fool STOP! Make sure they're not doing the same.  Become curious to expand your perception, expand your mind.
  • Look for the unexpected things that make you smile.
  • Becoming aware of where your awareness is...
  • It never starts with confidence, but be confident that it starts.
  • When it's dark, be the light.
  • Exercise is a powerful painkiller.
  • As the day ends, I know I did my best.  As the day begins, I know I can improve.
  • Never let the boundaries of your comfort zone become the barricade of your potential
