Sharon is a qualified NLPtCA and UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist, using a specialised form of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Here you will find a caring, empathic and professional approach that is outcome focused and oriented.
In the non-judgemental space you are able to talk freely and openly about any challenges or issues; distress or dissatisfaction; problems or pain. For some, just being able to talk about things or secrets that they’ve held inside is a tremendous relief in itself. Others gain from making connections and understanding how their past has brought them to now.
Through my psychotherapy and counselling services, I aim to help clients to be the best they can be. Assisting them to gain insight into their difficulties or distress and enabling them to find more appropriate ways of coping. This can change behaviour, thinking or feelings; sometimes all three. Because psychotherapy involves exploring feelings, beliefs, values, thoughts and relevant experiences, situations or events we will spend time taking a detailed personal history in respect to your problem. This is at the pace and rate that you will be able to deal with and cope with safely.
Depending on the nature of your problem, psychotherapy or counselling can be short or long term. You can be assured of an open and honest contract when we decide to work together.

Clients find it easy to find the purpose built consulting room in Worcester, Worcestershire and regularly travel from Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Birmingham and West Midlands. This room provides a safe, private place having been designed and constructed with your needs in mind.
Within the Midlands I am one of a handful of psychotherapist’s specialising in Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy.
